Somatic Integration Sessions

Trauma-Informed Body-Based Healing for Nervous System Repair and Deep Transformation.

When you’ve tried talk therapy, mindset work, or sheer willpower and still feel stuck, it’s usually because trauma and chronic stress live in the body- not the mind alone.

Somatic Integration sessions offer a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing that helps you:

  • Restore safety and regulation to an overwhelmed nervous system

  • Transform survival patterns like freeze, overgiving, people-pleasing or self-abandonment

  • Release stored tension and emotional residue that talking alone can’t reach

  • Integrate real change so healing becomes something you live, not just something you talk about

This is where coping, masking, and managing start to shift into true healing and capacity-building.

What Happens In a Session

Every session is unique, guided by your body and your system’s capacity in the moment. We might:

  • Use somatic practices to support regulation, grounding, and presence

  • Explore physical sensations and emotional cues as messengers rather than problems

  • Identify long-held protective patterns and give your body new options

  • Allow for gentle release and integration, so the body no longer has to hold the past

We don’t force or perform healing- we meet your system exactly where it is. This work blends nervous system science with deep, intuitive listening, so change happens in a way your body can sustain.

Who This Work is For:

Somatic Integration is for anyone who wants to heal at the root and rebuild a sense of safety and trust in themselves.

Some clients come to me after years of therapy or self-development work. Others start here with no prior experience. Either way, these sessions meet you where you are.

Common reasons people seek this work include:

  • Feeling stuck, anxious, burned out, or shut down

  • Noticing the same patterns repeating despite your best efforts to change

  • Wanting to feel at home in your body instead of in survival mode

  • Needing support to process and integrate past trauma, stress, or life transitions

What You Can Expect:

Healing isn’t linear, and it’s not one-size-fits-all. But over time, clients often notice:

  • A calmer, more regulated nervous system

  • Less reactivity and more choice in triggering situations

  • Relief from tension, exhaustion, or emotional heaviness

  • A deepened sense of connection to self, body, and life

This is the work of becoming resourced from the inside out- so you can meet life with greater capacity, clarity, and ease.
