What Are the Different Ways to Work With You?

All of my work is personalized- every session, every practice, every pace.

I offer two main 1:1 pathways, depending on your focus:

Somatic Integration Sessions
These are flexible, stand-alone sessions designed to help you move beyond symptom management and into real, lasting change.

  • We explore your nervous system patterns, emotional blocks, and survival responses.

  • We work with your body to release stored tension, complete unfinished survival responses, and create new pathways for safety and connection.

  • Sessions are scheduled based on what works for you: weekly, bi-weekly, or as needed.

Primal Power: 3‑Month Private Mentorship
A 3‑month, high‑touch mentorship for deep nervous system liberation and embodied power.

Primal Power is for those who are ready to:

  • Reclaim the parts of themselves they had to hide or abandon to survive

  • Resolve old trauma and survival patterns that keep them small, overperforming, or second‑guessing

  • Step into quiet, magnetic power that doesn’t require control, perfection, or external validation

Weekly sessions, combined with support between sessions, create a consistent, personalized container where real integration happens—not just insight, but the lived experience of becoming unshakably yourself.

If Somatic Integration is for reclaiming your foundation, Primal Power is for rising into the wholeness and presence that life has been calling you toward.

What Does a Session Look Like?

Each session is shaped by three things:

  1. The focus of our work: somatic integration or intensive/mentorship.

  2. Your personal goals and desired outcome

  3. What your nervous system and body are actually ready for during our session

Somatic Integration Sessions

You might come in with something specific such as anxiety, panic, jaw tension, digestive issues, or just a sense of stuckness.

We connect what’s happening in your body to the patterns and triggers beneath it.

From there, we move into body-based practices to release stored energy, regulate your nervous system, and integrate new ways of being.

Primal Power Mentorship

These sessions are layered, creative and deeply embodied.
Some weeks might be guided somatic release, others shadow integration, movement, or ritual work.

Over time, we explore the places you’ve had to abandon to survive-so that your quiet, undeniable primal power can rise from wholeness, not survival.

How is this different from traditional healing work?

Most traditional healing models- whether therapy, coaching, or wellness practices- tend to focus on either the mind or the body. This work doesn’t separate the two.

What makes this approach unique is that it’s rooted in the language of the nervous system. We’re not just talking about what happened or trying to think our way through the pain. And we’re definitely not pushing mindset shifts that bypass what your body is still carrying.

Instead, we learn to listen- to the subtle cues, the stuck places, the survival strategies that once kept you safe. We respond with presence, not pressure. And we create real shifts in real time.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about returning to yourself.
To a body that feels like home again-or maybe for the first time.

A Holistic, Empowering Approach

I am deeply passionate about empowering you to reconnect with your strengths and live with confidence, purpose, and freedom. Through a holistic approach that addresses the body, mind, and spirit, we will explore and release trauma at its root.

Every session is different because every body is different. We follow what your nervous system is ready for that day.

What might we do in a session?

  • Somatic Experiencing™ : Tracking body sensations to process unresolved, stored trauma.

  • Breath Training: restoring regulation through nervous system-based breathwork.

  • Strength-Based Movement: rebuilding safety through embodied power.

  • Expressive Arts & Movement: accessing emotion and truth through creative flow and impulse.

  • Self-Defense & Boundary Work: embodying boundaries and reclaiming agency.

  • Family Constellations: unraveling intergenerational trauma patterns.

Every practice is collaborative and responsive to what’s present for you. We don’t push or force; we listen to your body and move at its pace.

Is this therapy?

This work is deeply therapeutic, but I chose not to become a licensed therapist. My approach blends formal training in psychology, Somatic Experiencing™, ancestral medicine, and body-based healing with my own lived experience of healing trauma- so the support you receive is both skilled and embodied.

Working outside the clinical model allows me to integrate somatic, creative, and experiential practices that help you access healing in real time, not just in conversation. My work is relational, body-first, and intuitive, without the constraints of diagnosis or insurance.

Some clients choose to work with a therapist alongside this process. Others find that once they reconnect with their body and begin trusting themselves, they no longer feel the need for traditional talk therapy.

Is this coaching?

Not the way you’re probably used to.

  • We’re not chasing performance or productivity.

  • We’re not tracking numbers, timelines, or external validation.

  • We celebrate real, lived shifts- like feeling safe in your body, owning your voice, or showing up differently in your relationships.

This is a body-first, root-level process.
It’s not about striving. It’s about embodying who you truly are.

What if I’ve never done somatic work before?

You don’t need any experience.

Many people come to this work after other approaches haven’t reached the root. If you’re new, we start slow. You’ll learn to notice your body’s cues, build safety, and move at a pace that feels right for your system.

Your body leads. Always.

Do you work in-person or virtually?

I offer sessions in person, virtually, outdoors (hike sessions) for continuing clients.


Office-based in-person sessions are currently limited to Wednesdays 12pm - 5pm.

Whether we’re in the office, on Zoom or walking a trail, the work doesn’t change. It’s still present, attuned, and embodied. The location of our session is based on your preference only.
