Somatic Integration Sessions meet you at the intersection of survival and self-reclamation. This is where we begin to restore safety, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with the deeper truth of who you are- before the coping, the masking, the overgiving, the freeze.

We don’t just talk about what happened. We work with what’s alive in your body now. We cannot talk (or think) our way out of trauma.

These sessions offer a trauma-informed, body-based approach to healing that blends nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep integration- so healing becomes something you live, not just something you talk about.
